Turtle Beach UK Warranty

All Turtle Beach Products are covered for a period of one year from the proven date of purchase to the original purchaser ("Warranty Period").
The following applies to the retail product that is under warranty for the *original* purchaser (This warranty is not transferable). This is based on having a valid dated copy of the purchase receipt. Products purchased through other channels: OEM, private sellers, second hand stores, clearance houses, auction houses, car boot sales and private eBay auctions etc. are not supported by the manufacturer Warranty (with the exception of product purchased through the "Official Turtle Beach UK eBay Store" and Officially recognised eBay outlets, where a limited warranty will apply).
Products purchased through International Distribution are NOT supported by Turtle Beach UK. All issues should be addressed to the relevant distributors in that territory.
These distributors will service only purchases from the countries they sell in to. Missing or defective items from eBay, private seller purchases should be addressed to the private eBay Sellers and not to the product manufacturer, as these purchases have no warranty.

The Warranty covers failing components due to manufacturing defects only. User errors, accidents or acts of god are not covered by any Warranty. If the item was misused, handled improperly, has been physically broken, dropped, stepped on, chewed by a pet, etc. it is NOT covered by this Warranty.
Additional Extended Warranty or Service Plans purchased through a retail store will not be honoured by Turtle Beach UK. After the one-year Warranty expires, please address any issues to the retail store that provided you with the Extended Warranty.
Customers will return the product to the support centre (We recommend customers use recorded/signed for postal services to ensure products returned can be traced); Turtle Beach UK will pay for the return shipment. 'Cross-Ship' is NOT available. The defective unit must be first received, tested, issue verified as reported by the user and then replaced at our discretion. If our Lab Techs cannot reproduce the issue as reported, it will be returned AS IS. Products returned without prior discussions with the support department are returned at there own risk. Lost/untraceable units cannot be replaced.
The replaced item will be warranted for the remaining period on your original Warranty. This does not extend the original Warranty period. The same applies if you purchase replacement components for the same product.
Cables that are permanently connected to a headset are not replaceable.
The return package will ship back within 10-14 business days from the day we received it, not from the day you sent it.
We reserve the right to refuse repair/replacement of any unit where:-
- The warranty has expired.
- There is no warranty.
- The unit has been tampered with (Tampering with the product will invalidate the warranty).
- The proof of purchase cannot be established.
- The product is used for commercial purposes such as: LAN Gaming Centres including rental or lease, Schools, Gaming Stations, etc. "LAN Gaming Centres" Warranty is limited to 90 days due to heavy usage.
- The item has been returned without a reference and cannot be linked to the sender.
- The product is no longer available because it has been disposed of.
